Everyday Carry, or EDC, generally refers to small items or gadgets worn, carried, or made available in pockets, holsters, or bags on a daily basis to manage common tasks or for use in unexpected situations or emergencies. In a broader sense, it is a lifestyle, discipline, or philosophy of preparedness.

Paracord bracelet, Leatherman Micra, Levenger Pocket Briefcase with fresnel magnifier and mini pen, Jawbone II, Movado diving watch, iPhone 4, Omron pedometer, three-part keyring (middle segment: Gerber mini Curve, 4Sevens Qmini CR2, Inka pen, iMation 1GB flash drive)
Editor’s Note: The pocket briefcase wallet thing is pretty neat! I think I prefer having my wallet and notebook separated (in my case specifically, to aid in pocket symmetry) but I definitely see the appeal of having everything in one place. The Fresnel lens is a logical addition to that, which IIRC can serve as a fire starter tool as well… Another thing I’d like to highlight is the three-part keyring — another interesting piece of hardware to introduce modularity to your keys in the event you need to slim down, add more, reorganize, etc. Thanks for sharing!
