Everyday Carry, or EDC, generally refers to small items or gadgets worn, carried, or made available in pockets, holsters, or bags on a daily basis to manage common tasks or for use in unexpected situations or emergencies. In a broader sense, it is a lifestyle, discipline, or philosophy of preparedness.

Hello!
I’m from Canada, currently living in Tokyo. Been into your blog for a minute but didn’t really get my ass in gear until after the big earthquake when I ran out of my house with nothing.
Here’s my EDC. I can’t carry the CR Mnandi in Japan (too long, illegal) so I usually have the ladybug on me instead.

Editor’s Note: Wow nice, so many great choices here and a lot of personal favorites. If I could afford it, I’d be wearing a Sinn and carrying a Mnandi too, haha. Good call on the M10R, I can imagine the next step up would be to grab one in Ti though. Your pen and paper setup looks good and I imagine you’re carrying this in a bag, so you have room to spare. Your keyring has great gear on it, but it looks a bit cramped to me, maybe consider separating into keychains or something. Lastly, nice Kent comb… I think you might appreciate carrying a handkerchief around too. Thanks for sharing.

I would totally carry around my own set of darts.
